Makeup Of The Day

I thought I would give you a run down of my day to day makeup look that I have been wearing for the past month. Its very simple, takes about 10 minutes to do and looks very natural.

I am still faithfully using my Revlon ColourStay 24 Hour Foundation in Buff as my base and have done for the past year, I then follow this up with a little Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer to cover the bags and set this all with the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in 001 Transparent. For the cheeks use my NARS Laguna and Orgasm duo to add a little colour and shimmer.

For the brows I comb Benefit’s Gimme Brow in Light/Medium to add a little colour and fullness without looking drawn on. I prime my lids with the NARS ProPrime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base, which literally makes any eye product last all day long, followed by a swipe of Frisk from the Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 palette. I smudge Topshop’s Kohl liner in Saddle (which is sadly discontinued, but any dark brown liner will do) into the outer corner of my eye and into the lashes, this is followed by a couple swipes of Benefit’s They’re Real mascara.

To finish the look I pat a bit of MAC’s Peach Blossom onto my lips which is a pinky, peachy nude. This has been my go to, no fuss natural daytime look made up of some of my all time favourite products.
